Our Mission

It is the mission of Realtime Education & Training (TOID: 41036), to provide best practice education, high-quality nationally-recognised vocational training and assessment within the National Skills Framework (NSF) that is tailored to improve the quality of work and professionalism in the Australian education sector.

Our vision includes a commitment to excellence in education, equity and social responsibility to offer exceptional value and positive futures for our students and the communities in which we operate.

Our vibrant supportive training organisation provides its’ learning community with high quality teaching and learning opportunities which adhere to the requirements of the Australian Standards Qualifications Authority (ASQA).

Our staff design, develop, deliver and assess best practice training programs within the Industry Training Packages (ITP).

We support, inspire and educate our students to achieve excellent results in their chosen field, career, professional and academic goals. This is achieved by an engaging and rigorous curriculum, career pathways, flexible delivery and learning support services to achieve the standards of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).

About us

Realtime Education & Training (TOID: 41036), established in 2014, provides excellence in education offering exceptional training programs and positive futures for our students and the communities in which we operate.

Our training programs are tailored to meet specific industry requirements and are based on the National Skills Framework (NSF). Part of our vision is to provide high quality training and assessment programs that exceed our student expectations.

Our training courses are Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) nationally recognised and accredited to meet vocational and educational standards. Quality is maintained in compliance with the National VET Regulators Standards for Registered Training Organisations and through our Continuous improvement system. We make use of our established relationships with industry and other stakeholders to ensure our courses are appropriate and consistently meet the expectations of our clients.

We recognise the importance of adult learning principles in the delivery of effective training. We believe that all students should be encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning and to understand that as learners, they have an active role to play in the training, learning and assessment processes. All our trainers have relevant industry knowledge and experience and are professional, friendly, supportive and dynamic individuals!
